I finally saw this on a plane. Nick Offerman meets the high expectations he has established in this performance. Kiersey Clemons is phenomenal! Let's see and hear her more! The story is touching. It focuses on one of life's major turning points but doesn't over dramatize it. The movie develops the characters well and gets you pulled in quickly. The pacing is great, even if I was a captive audience. The soundtrack rocks, led by Clemons.
If you are flying Delta soon, watch this in flight. Otherwise it is worth a rental when you want something light hearted to get lost in.
